I received orientation e all information I needed and also delivery went as promissed.

I needed an oxygen concentrator and OxiMedical was able to provide one quickly t competitive pricing. Later on I wanted a small cart to transport my machine. Oximedical had the perfect one and at a fraction of the cost I found elsewhere online.

They are great and easy to talk too.

I was on a trip from California to Denver. In Denver, I needed an extra battery for an oxygen concentrator for an early airplane flight home the next day. I called OxiMedical and was able to pre-pay for the battery on the phone and pick it up that afternoon with a quick stop in an Uber on my way back to my hotel.

We had excellent help in replacing some batteries in my husbands inogen portable machine.

Regional Manager Clark screwed up our order by "forgetting" to add an external battery charger that we had paid for...had to phone him and get him to send it. Didn't get delivery of household oxygenator on time because, supposedly, the federal gov't seized all units at the warehouse. We got our unit 2-weeks after we had already paid for it!
