I had no need to reach out to Owl Labs Customer service simply because the two Meeting Owl Pro I've installed work just great. All our users a very happy with this solution. Many thanks and big kudos to Owl Labs!

I do a lot of video conferencing, it was always a problem when it comes to multiple people in the room. Owl came to the rescue! We even got rid of some production staff (sorry not sorry).

We use our Owl Pros for family reunions during this pandemic. I originally bought the Owl for blending live and Zoom worship, but sadly the high angled ceiling created too much reverb for the mics. But I fell in love with its ability to make family meetings between the UK and USA so relaxed and enjoyable. This weekend my wife and I in the UK had a Quilt Along with my sisters in the USA. Each day was 8 hours of laughter, sewing, and sharing our progress. Thank you for an excellent camera, mics, & speaker.
