Answered my questions quickly and an acceptable compromise was reached due to the absence of batteries. The quality of the camera, functions and images are yet to be determined.

Prompt and correct

The issue was created by the company sending me spurious e-mails that indicated I had not completed the buying process and that I had not purchased the goods I wanted. On contacting the support it was clarified that the problem was caused by the company but I was reassured by the representative that everything was in order and I would receive my goods in due course.

Te reply was fast and spot on, I do hope the action will be accordinhly.
