I never recieved the roller with my order, I thought it was on back order but I have come to realize I am not getting what I paid for

The site is laid out very well. Products are of professional quality and the video's are very helpful and informative. I've been purchasing items on your site for a long time and never had any problems with ordering or receiving my order. One think you could do better on is the shipping costs. It's some times a deal breaker.

For non-US and expedited orders, our warehouse staff picks and packs your shipment as soon as possible after receiving the order and communicates the shipping details to you after receiving pricing from our carriers. I ordered the Treat Your Own Neck guide along with the Makenzie Cervical Roll. I received the roll but no guide. I have contacted customer service but no response. I was charged for both. **UPDATE 3/2** I got a response from this review and the guide is being sent again. :-)
