Mr. Victor did great job, He was gently cooperative and achieved all the assistance for me short time...all my respect to him wishing him the best. Yesterday 02 JUL 2022 I missed my flight because the check in counter of the Royal Jordanian closed before more than one hour before the flight schedule and all my effort failed to get check in although the UAE Abu Dhabi administration who tried to convince the RJ Operation in charge, unfortunately she refuse didn't respond. I am working in aviation since 33 years, the first time I see bad behaves like this, always there is special cases that should be treated accordingly but to close the check in and ignore the passengers? family? this is not acceptable at all...
