Shipping was fast that is about the only reason they get 2 stars. Was told it was supposed to be shipped fully assembled. It was not. Assembly was extremely hard and directions poor. Missing several pieces. Frame is bent and doesn't even fit inside the truck bed. For the price of this cap you're better off going with something different.

I had an issue with my winch. Lulu was very helpful in getting me the part I need to get it working in a timely manner. I am very happy with the product and the warranty service

Three days after placing an order on their website, I received an email saying one of the items was out of stock and it could be over a month before it might be available again. (I’d like to know why the site even allowed me to order something that was out of stock in the first place.) The email asked if I was willing to wait or preferred another option. I replied to that email, but I still haven’t received any update. My account and order won’t load on their website, and the chat feature just says it can’t provide any additional information about my order. Their customer service has been terrible. All I’m trying to do is find out the status of my order. If I don’t get some kind of response soon, I’ll have to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Hi Chuck, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and uncertainty this situation caused. You are absolutely right that an item showing as available on our website should come with clear and accurate expectations. In this case, our inventory communication did not meet the standard we expect, and we understand how disappointing it was to find out after placing the order that the item would require additional waiting time. We understand how concerning it must have been not to see updates through your account or our chat support. Since the order had not shipped yet, there was no tracking information available, but we should have done a much better job keeping you informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, the team member who was originally handling your case was no longer available, your case was affected by an internal transition, and we failed to ensure a smooth handoff and timely follow-up. You were definitely not supposed to be left without the updates and support you deserved. We have reviewed this situation internally and are working on improving both our inventory communication and follow-up process to prevent similar experiences in the future. We sincerely apologize for the time and frustration this caused. We would appreciate another opportunity to make this right and help resolve your order. We have already arranged for our team to reach out to you directly, and we will make sure your case is properly followed through until it is resolved.

Package showed up undamaged. Went together very easily and looks great. Loving it. Will start to consider accessories for camping, etc., in the future.
