The website is easy to use, the process is fast, and customer service got me a receipt quickly when I asked for one. I'll use Onward Ticket again.

So far, so good. Fast and Excellent customer service. However, true test will be when weather or not the Airline let me board and fly out.

I had bought a ticket with another company and after 3 hours trying to get in contact, i decide to use this company. It is 16 dollars op and the other company 10 dollars. Now I have received my ticket in one minute. Such a relief

Very user friendly - easy to book and great to have this option especially visiting a country like Thailand for 3 months. I accidentally booked too early and the customer service was great it getting this sorted :)
