Booked a flight from Cancun to Toronto. They gave me a ticket with a layover in Germany, which doesn't seem plausible. After I texted them about the issue, they confirmed to refund me. Unfortunately, I haven't received any refund until now (over one month later).

Booked a ticket from Bogotá to Quito and ended up with a flight that went via Houston, Texas!! I reached out immediately saying that flight didn't seem very believable so they rectified it immediately! Entry to Colombia successful, no dramas.
