Building campaigns is new to me and I often get stuck with some technical stuff. The support that I get on the Live Chat is always so helpful. The team a patient and super knowledgeable. I have been very happy with the support system I have been experiencing with Ontraport. I am not a “tech person” so diving into building my own membership site was a new venture. Date Issues Recently our birthday field has been populated with the date that the entry is manually entered. Before that (unknown if it was human error) the proposal date, signed date, and completion date were being populated with the appointment date. Support couldn't recreate it so when I do a couple of entries today I will see what happens!
