On Air Parking (OnAirParking.com) helps travelers find, compare, and book off-airport parking near major U.S. airports — without the stress or the sticker shock of driving up and hoping for the best.Since 2016, we've worked with a nationwide network of vetted, shuttle-served parking partners. We vet every partner in our network and hold them to one standard: rates that stay well below what you'd pay driving up to the airport. No guessing, no gate-price surprises.Booking takes a couple of minutes: search your airport, compare real-time rates and lot details side by side, and reserve your spot in advance. Your rate is locked the moment you book, your space is held for your exact travel dates, and a free shuttle takes you to and from your terminal on the day you fly. No circling the garage, no surprises at the gate. Our support team is here if your plans change or something needs attention — real people, easy to reach, no runaround.Parking shouldn't be the part of your trip you dread. We built On Air Parking to make it the part you don't have to think about at all.

That’s wonderful to hear Andre—thank you so much! We’re glad booking was quick and affordable, and it means a lot to be your go-to when you travel. Can’t wait to be part of your next adventure!
I will not park in these parking spot. I was over charged, because my husband paid by his phone and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone for a refund. Left 4 messages. It's too much of a hassle.

I’m really sorry you and your husband have had to deal with this — being overcharged and then not getting a call back from the facility is incredibly frustrating. We do want to make this right, but we’ll need a bit more info to locate the reservation (reservation code, name/email on the booking, and the date/location you parked). Please email us at [email protected] with those details (and any screenshots/receipt if available), and our team will dig in and help sort it out. Talk soon!
Fantastic as always

Typically, I do not submit reviews unless something seems out of the norm and there is potential value for future people to know. Subsequently, this is the case. Off site Atlanta Airport parking was arranged and prepaid through OnAirParking, with the parking location being the Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East. Confirmation email, shuttle pick up phone number and hours of operation all established. Upon return to the airport, the shuttle phone number was called and a recording said to call the Quality Suites East desk for shuttle assistance. Attempting this, no one would answer the phone and another recording indicated for shuttle pickup assistance, call the shuttle pick up number. After an hour standing on the curb, we finally got someone to answer at the Quality Suites East desk. Their directive was to wait for the shuttle driver to call us and the shuttle would be at the airport shortly. After almost another hour at the curb, no call was received from the shuttle driver. With an obvious issue at hand, we decided to hire a taxi to get to our vehicle at the parking lot. This OnAirParking was a broken system, wasting hours of our time and money, which was confirmed to be the norm via other shuttle carriers at the airport. After we retrieved our vehicle and were an hour from the airport, the grand finale occurred. We received a phone call from the shuttle service asking if we needed a pickup at the airport. Coincidentally, after returning home, I looked up “on air parking” in the BBB website and there are numerous similar complaints. I hope this communication helps out someone in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to document this — we’re truly sorry you were left waiting for so long, bounced between two phone numbers, and ultimately had to pay for a taxi to get back to your vehicle. While On Air Parking is a reservation platform and we don’t own or manage the facility or its shuttle operations, we absolutely care about your experience and will follow up with Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East to understand what caused the breakdown. Please email us at [email protected] with your reservation code and a copy of your taxi receipt, and we’ll review it and see how we can help with that added cost. We appreciate you letting us know and giving us the chance to make things right.
Horrible experience and On Air Parking was not helpful at all. My family waited more than an hour for the hotel shuttle and On Air said not their problem and unwilling to offer any credit at all. Do not use.

We’re truly sorry you and your family had to go through this Matt. Waiting over an hour for a shuttle is incredibly frustrating, especially after a flight. While On Air Parking is a reservation platform and we don’t directly operate the shuttle service, we’d really like to look into what happened and see what we can do to help make things right. If you’re willing, please share your reservation code so we can pull up the details and follow up with you and the facility directly. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback — and we hope we get the chance to speak with you and help resolve this.
This site worked perfectly and used a local reputable company i have used in the past, but at a cheaper rate than booking directly.

Convenience, customer service at the parking location and reasonable price.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad everything was convenient, well-priced, and that the staff took great care of you Lavada.
Charged us extra to get our car back even though we were within our reservation pickup time. The staff said our Toyota 4Runner was “oversized” so it was an extra fee. No one said anything when we dropped it off and 4Runners are not classified as oversized SUVs. Also the staff is rude in Manhattan.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Michelle. We’re truly sorry this experience was frustrating, especially with an unexpected oversized vehicle charge. The facility does note in the reservation details that oversized vehicle parking is subject to a $15 per day charge, paid directly at the facility, and oversized vehicles are generally defined as those taller than 70 inches. The reservation details also encourage customers to call the facility in advance to confirm whether their vehicle qualifies and to avoid any surprise charges. That said, we absolutely agree that if a vehicle is going to be classified as oversized, the facility should clearly communicate that at the time of drop-off. We’re also very sorry to hear your comments about the staff interaction — that’s not the experience we want for anyone. We will be sharing your feedback directly with the facility manager, and we sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
