The facility offers shuttle service around the clock, with pickups every 30 minutes, so depending on when you arrive, there may be a bit of a wait. While On Air Parking handles the reservations, the facility independently manages its shuttle service. We appreciate your feedback and will gladly share it with them, as we want the shuttle experience to be just as good as the parking!

On Air Parking is the reservation platform, while the hotel is a separate business that manages its own property and amenities. The shuttle runs about every 30 minutes upon request, so pick up times can vary a bit rather than following a set schedule. Thanks for the feedback Rebecca. While we are glad to hear it was convenient and economical, sorry to hear it was not 5 star service because of the shuttle driver. Will pass along your comments to the facility manager so they can see who was driving, and remind them to focus on customer service. Hope next time is perfect!
