The snowstorm created significant disruptions across both ground and air transportation in the area, and while the facility was doing its best under very challenging circumstances, we understand how exhausting that must have been. On Air Parking is a reservation platform and does not own or manage the facility or shuttle directly, but we will certainly share your feedback with the facility manager. We sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us — and the facility — another chance under more typical conditions.
