timely delivery without any issues - what more can one want?

OMC Gear had the climbing shoes I wanted on sale, bought them and received them in great condition soon after I ordered them.

The bag is just what you would expect from Western Mountaineering, very light, exceptionally high quality. It was delivered very quickly, and the price was as good as anywhere. I'm happy with it. A lighter bag cannot be made. If you want a 3-season bag, it will be heavier and cost more. That said, there will be hikers who pay $200 more for a bag that weighs twice as much only to find out it sleeps too warm, so they use it as a quilt. Do your homework, get the right bag.

I think more companies need people like this that understand the customer and make options possible instead of the "sorry there's nothing we can do." I'm very satisfied with the service. OMCgear was as good as they said they would be. Delivery was faster than expected and if very good condition. Packaging was very good. I would recommend OMCgear to everyone. I was very pleased. Tent was missing one stake but that wasn't their fault. I will use OMCgear again.
