Sent me a different product than what was advertised. When contacted, they offered me a $10 store credit instead of an exchange. After negotiating for an actual partial refund, they didn't process it despite saying they did, until I followed up 30+ days later after noticing its absence. Overall the shopping experience left a bad taste in my mouth, which is a shame given that they're a small independent retailer. At least the email customer service agent was communicative?

I placed an order on 3/4 for a birthday gift. I expected the item to arrive on 3/11 (with 5 day shipping), and was emailed Monday afternoon that my order was cancelled and that the item was not in stock. I should have been notified immediately that the item was not in stock, but now I am forced to tell my son that the gift I promised him for his birthday will not arrive here before he has to go back to college. With the late notice, there is now no time to purchase the same item at another company in order for it to arrive in time. Thanks to the service at OMC, I won't be able to give my son a birthday present for his actual birthday.

It was my husband 30th birthday and all he wanted was new climbing shoes. He had been checking them out weeks leading up and my original gift fell through so I went online and ordered these shoes. I paid for overnight shipping ($20) since it was 3 days before his birthday just to make sure I would get them in time. They had 1 in stock and I thought I won the lottery! Getting a little nervous because I didn't get the shipping confirmation the next day. I called and left a message that morning to make sure that they would be shipped out that day. I didn't get a call back so the second day I was frustrated because I should have had his gift the day before. I called again and this time got through. I gave the store employee my information and he placed me on hold. He was very pleasant. He got back on the phone and told me that the shipping department was just about to call me to tell me they don't have these shoes in stock at all. You can imagine my frustration if they would have called me that day I ordered them or even the next day I would have been understanding but to wait almost 3 days to tell me they didn’t have them and to have me pay for overnight shipping. I was pretty disappointed but at least the employee was nice.

Jack's help And the fact I got a gift card to your store is the only reason I put up with your IT difficulties!! Someone needs to get your IT people some help as your checkout to credit card procedure needs work!!!

i ordered product for first time from this site. the online pic was significantly different from the actual product. I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag and sent it back--at a cost of $9.00, which OMC doesn't cover. In my opinion, any online company that doesn't cover returns just doesn't warrant any loyalty.

Recently, I ordered a fleece jacket thru Omcgear. The first thing that drew me to the retailer was the great price of the jacket. Not being familiar with them, I was a bit nervous. After placing my order, they provided me with information to keep track of my shipment and the actual shipment that followed was very timely. The item I received was exactly what I ordered and I was pleased with Omcgear's service. I would definitely consider ordering thru them again.

Ordered three items online. A few days later received an email with only two items and charged one of them to a higher price. After calling the service representative, I was told that the third item was not available (but why did it allow the order to go through?), and agreed to reduced the higher priced item back to the original charge. I doubt it that I'll order from this company again.

I was sent the wrong size. When I contacted customer service they were out of my size. Not happy
