Office chair never shipped. No email confirmation, no tracking, can't call them. I got a chargeback thankfully, but I'm still monitoring to make sure they don't reverse it. Total scam.

First time using Office Crave and will be my last time. I purchased two thermometers on 12/12/2025 and didn't receive them until 1/14/2026. I purchased them because they were advertised as "Made in USA". When I received it, it was labeled "Made in China". I would not have purchased them if I knew that. Now I am returning them which is a hassle for me.

Here’s the rewritten version: I created an account on OfficeCrave for B2B purchases. After placing my first order, they put my ID on hold and requested additional information regarding my business identity and bank card. I submitted all the required documents, and they confirmed that my account was active and ready to use. However, once we started taking orders on our marketplaces, they unfortunately restricted my account again, preventing us from processing orders, even though everything had already been submitted and approved.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. This company gave my mother such a hard time when we ordered. Then when I received the order, it was NOT what I ordered! I ordered GRAY report covers-they sent white with a crooked piece of gray tape down the side of it! I cannot use these. Then when you call customer support they do NOT ever answer the calls. Shotty company I will report them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Officecrave.com shows their address as: Officecrave.com 20533 Biscayne Blvd Ste 4-489 Aventura, FL 33180 I assume it's a UPS Store mailbox. My review is that I tried to purchase some labels for $20 and they want to charge me shipping of $21 for shipping in FL. That's crazy!

Purchased medical wipes. They shipped items that were a full year out of date.
