Showed up Friday @ 9am w/o an appt. was taken in immediately & my pup was treated professionally & the diagnosis was right on the money.

We brought our bird Billy in for his nail clipping and wings were also clipped. He was handled well ... Staff very courteous.

The doctors have always been wonderful with my dogs. Even my crazy Shiba Inu Keiko who is hard to handle.

He is so wonderful with our pets and understands the breed we have.

I have taken all my pets for the last 40 years to OCVH in Lakewood, the last 7 have been for my cat Willow. she is sweet loving and calm, a real mamas girl until I bring her to OCVH then she is the cat from hell...like a wild tiger but the vet Dr Martins does not treat her with anything other then gentleness even if Willow is trying to chew her up....LOL I send so many people to OCVH they are the best, everyone I send agrees with me....the entire staff are nice and it is so clean....I want to say God bless the girl who assists the Doctor with Willow she deserves a medal......LOL Willows mom Kathay

The entire staff cares about you and your pet. They treat your pet as if they were their own. Would never go elsewhere

This was the first time we've been to the vet and it couldn't have gone better. All the staff were professional, friendly and informative.

Highly recommend this vets office. The location is easy to get to , they accept walk in s. The staff is very professional.
