Octoparse gets the job done. They are very responsive, and understand my requirements. They have always provided specific specific guidance to solve my problems with tasks I've created ... for example, "please try to switch the IP pool to US for these tasks", accompanied by a marked up graphic that showed me exactly what to do.

Octoparse has helped a lot with my course project. The templates in it are really helpful, they are easy to use even for first users.

Horrible service and difficult to cancel the trial period, no confirmation of cancellation, reminder emails for subscription renewal. For this reason alone I cannot recommend Octoparse.
