Hey sorry for the late response to this. We're a team of musicians who recently bought back our company with plans to reinstill the by musicians for musicians culture. We'd love to get a second shot with you free of cost, and with us helping out with additional label services. We've brought back the band and our industry network :). Much thanks, The Octiive Team

Hey there, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds incredibly frustrating. Do you happen to have records of these royalties? The only time artists are locked out or royalties not released is if DSPs or partners *require* it due to fraudulent streams and/or copyright infringement. We definitely want to make sure everything is sorted out properly. If you can provide any details or documentation, please send them over. We're here to help, and we want to make things right for you. Thanks for your understanding. Best, Octiive Team

Hey Mohamed, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds incredibly frustrating. It's definitely not the kind of service we aim to provide. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected]? We'd like to look into this further and make sure everything gets sorted out for you. It's important to us that you receive the payout you're owed and that any issues with accessing your account are resolved promptly. Also, just to clarify, the only time artists are not paid or locked out is if DSPs require it due to fraudulent streams or copyright infringement. We want to ensure transparency and fairness in all our dealings. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Best, Octiive Team
