-Always there to answer questions. -tips and info on diet and how blood sugar works. -shows real time glucose levels and how food/exercise affect my numbers.

very fast email communication and product works well. For people that does not type well, it is hard to communicate with out talking to a real person on the phone. At 73 I am not going to learn texting or Chatting

They immediately replaced a sensor that stopped working (first time in years that this happens).

I have really enjoyed using this app. The customer service is fantastic. My recent query was answered quickly and throughly and my agent Chiemi even went the additional step to order the item I requested in addition to giving me instructions to do it on my own. This kind of response has been typical for the last several months that I have been using Nutrisense. The nutritionists are really good & responsive, and the educational pieces are useful too. One of my favorite things about the app is being able to track my meals easily with photos, favorites, and write ins. The nutritionist can see exactly what I’m eating. Also, I can track the effects of different foods, the order I eat them & the impact of exercise all have on my blood glucose very easily. I can also look back historically. Love this app!
