Amazing customer service as well a products
The glucose monitor is a very helpful tool in my health journey. The instructions in use are thorough and very helpful. One stands out the most is the customer service. They have been prompt in their responses. In fact they exceeded my expectations. After I purchased the monitor I encountered a health problem that delayed my use of the monitor. Jennifer from customer service was amazing as well as compassionate in helping me adjust my period of usage due to my temporary health issue. Quite frankly this extraordinary customer service is rare these days. Nutrisense cares about their customers and in their customers health success.

A great customer service representative…
A great customer service representative Keerthy. I had some issues and Keerthy listened to me and had multiple communications to help me while interacting with her superiors. Excellent employee and listener!! Also very excited to be working with nutritionist Kim. Thank you

Jennifer Rivera was awesome
Jennifer Rivera was awesome. I had some questions about product delivery timing and also about use of a discount coupon. She was super fast and super responsive . I give her an A+++. I really appreciated how detailed her responses were and that she did her research and was a customer advocate . I will definitely recommend Nutrisense to others based on my experience with Jennifer !

I had sensor issues over the weekend and left a message on the app. The agent reached out to me 8am on Monday and helped resolve the issue.
