Thank you for the amazing feedback, hearing that our knife stands out even alongside Bucks, Gerbers, and a handmade piece with real history truly means a lot to us. We’re thrilled it impressed you with its sharpness and quality. Enjoy putting it to work. ⚔️
Love this company! It came across my instagram feed & I decided to give it a shot & I'm so glad I did. My boyfriend is a hard person to shop for. I bought the Ragnar knife & sheath for Valentine’s Day last year & he thought it was the coolest gift ever. This year I bought the Loki knife & the sharpener for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. The knives are gorgeous!!! Beautifully handcrafted yet functional! It’s the perfect gift for anyone who enjoys cooking or even to just display in your kitchen. I will continue to order from Northernknife.

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, we’re truly honored to be your go-to for gifts. It’s great to hear the Ragnar and Loki made such an impression and that the sharpener completed the experience. Knowing the knives are appreciated both for their craftsmanship and everyday use means a lot to us. We really appreciate your continued support and can’t wait to serve you again. ❤️🔪
I'm unable to get a response via email. Their phone number does not accept messages because voice mail is full. I've tried sending a contact message on their website but am not getting a response. The two addresses I have for them do not correspond with their name when I look them up. I don't know what to do! I need to return two knives for refund but don't have an address to send them to. I do have two other orders pending receipt. Anyone have a contact phone number or address?

We’re truly sorry for the stress this has caused, this is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. During peak periods our inbox and phone lines can unfortunately get overwhelmed, which can lead to delayed responses, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please rest assured, you will be able to return the knives and receive your refund. The fastest way to resolve this is to contact our customer service again and include your order number(s) with the subject line ‘URGENT RETURN REQUEST’, our team will prioritize it immediately and provide you with the correct return address and instructions. The email is: [email protected] We also want to reassure you that your pending orders are safe and tracked in our system. We’re very sorry for the lack of communication you experienced, and we appreciate your patience while we make this right for you. 🙏
I ordered the Valhalla and Loki knife as a Christmas gifts for my husband as ge is particular about his cooking knives and he loves them. I initially placed an order for 1 knife and later that day decided to order a second. The company had a special at the time if you order 2 knives you would receive a 3rd for free. Because I submitted a purchase under 2 separate orders it did not qualify. I wrote to Northern and asked if they would still honor this special and they did. I am very impressed with the customer service provided. Will definitely purchase again.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, we’re really glad we could make this work for you. We completely understand how the promotion could have been missed with two separate orders, and we’re happy our team was able to honor it for you. It means a lot to hear your husband loves the Valhalla and Loki, especially knowing he’s particular about his knives. We truly appreciate your kind words about our customer service and look forward to welcoming you back again. ⚔️✨
What a beautiful start to my culinary journey. I’m new in a professional kitchen it’s been about 9 months since I’ve embarked on this culinary voyage. I’ve used the kitchen knives they have at work but they aren’t my own. I came across Northern Knife just before Christmas time. I thought long and hard about my decision and finally decided to get myself a set of knives. I am so pleased with my decision and the company Northern Knife. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. Let me start with the beautiful website that got me hooked and now that my knives are here in my hand I have to say they are my new favorite. The beautiful boxes they come in and the short synopsis along with the amazing knife. I went with Valhalla, Bjorn and Loki series. I will definitely be purchasing more. Thank you Northern Knifes for enabling me to feel like a Shield Maiden in the kitchen.

Thank you so much for the kind words, we’re thrilled to hear you love your Northern Knives. Smooth cutting and ergonomic comfort are exactly what we design for, so it’s great to know they’re performing perfectly in your kitchen. Enjoy every moment cooking with them. 🔪✨
These knives are the sharpest I've ever used, slicing through meat like hot butter. Their extreme sharpness means you must handle them carefully. They appear to be very well made, and I doubt they see any warranty claims over their lifetime.

Thank you for the great feedback, we’re thrilled to hear the knives impressed you with their sharpness and build quality. You’re absolutely right, that level of sharpness deserves respect and careful handling. Knowing you see them as durable, well-made tools built to last truly means a lot to us. ⚔️
I ordered 6 knives as Christmas gifts and per the website, they were supposed to arrive by Christmas. They did not. I emailed multiple times to check on them and communication from Customer service was slow and frequently required repeated emails. Customer service is trying to fix the issue and I appreciate that they are trying. Once the knives arrived they were sharp and as pictured on the website. For an overall rating, the product is great so far but they need improvement on shipping and customer communication times. I would order again but with the knowledge it may not arrive when it says it will.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback, we really appreciate it. We’re truly sorry the knives did not arrive in time for Christmas and for the slower communication you experienced, this was due to the holiday season and an exceptional surge in demand. We understand how frustrating that can be and we sincerely apologize. We’ve since taken the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We’re very glad to hear that once the knives arrived, they met your expectations in terms of sharpness and appearance. Thank you as well for acknowledging our customer service team’s efforts to resolve the situation. Your feedback helps us improve, and we truly appreciate your trust and your openness to ordering again. 🎄🔪
