Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We want to clarify a few things — our knives are shipped directly from our warehouse in Kentucky, not drop shipped. That said, we understand that deliveries to Canada can sometimes take longer than expected, especially during the holiday season, and we apologize for any frustration the wait may have caused. NorthernKnife is a brand built around quality, design, and the experience we deliver to our customers. What we do stand behind is the quality of every knife that carries our name, and we're glad to hear you agree the knife itself is great. Thank you for your feedback. — The NorthernKnife Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and lack of response. The delivery time you experienced was due to the holiday season and an exceptional surge in demand, which also impacted our response times, and we sincerely apologize for that. We understand how disappointing it is when timelines don’t match what’s advertised, especially when there’s no easy way to reach someone. We’ve taken the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future, including improving communication and delivery accuracy. We’re glad to hear the knives arrived safely and look great, and we hope they perform just as well as you start using them over the New Year. Thank you for your patience and for your honest feedback, it truly helps us improve. 🙏🔪

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this caused, and we completely understand how stressful this must have been when ordering Christmas gifts. The lack of communication you experienced is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for that. The delay and missed shipping updates were due to the holiday season and an exceptional surge in demand, which unfortunately impacted both processing times and customer support responsiveness. We know this doesn’t change the inconvenience it caused, especially since you had to place another order elsewhere to ensure you had gifts on time. We’ve since taken the necessary measures to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We appreciate you acknowledging that the knives did arrive before Christmas, even though the uncertainty beforehand was frustrating. Your feedback is taken very seriously, and we’re sorry the experience didn’t meet expectations. Thank you for sharing this, it helps us improve moving forward. 🙏🔪

We completely understand how important timing is, especially around Christmas, and we regret that you didn’t receive the reassurance you needed while waiting. We’re glad the knife did arrive in time, but we acknowledge that the uncertainty led to unnecessary worry and an extra purchase, which is not the experience we want for our customers.
