These knives look great and are very sharp. They are heavier and bigger than I thought they would be. So far I’ve only used them to cut up onions and vegetables. Haven’t got to try them to cut up meat yet.

I was captivated by the Feather Knife and knew I had to have one. While ordering, I decided to also add the Bjorn and Loki. The ordering process was simple and my order arrived quickly. I was impressed by the craftsmanship of all three knives. They are well balanced and have a solid feel. I used them immediately on prepping a brisket and was extremely pleased with the sharpness and ease of trimming the brisket. Ocerall, I am thrilled that I went with Northern and look forward to adding to my collection.

I had a question about the angle in which to sharpen the knife when it needs it as I couldn’t find it on the website. They responded within 24 hours which was very helpful to know 15-20 degrees was the angle. The loki knife is very well balanced like they said.
