Logan Smith was helpful and great Ronald Myers Sue Myers 3-25-25 on 3-20-25 I gave a great review for Logan Smith. Nothing he said has happened. He was only interested in my giving him a good review. We still have not received a address of where to send the Nomad box. We are very disappointed with all this.

I had been trying to reach Nomad for about a week and could not get through to anyone. I tried phone calls, emails, and even social media. I finally was able to reach Nomad on WhatsApp. I was connected with Sam Fash and he went over and beyond to fix the problem I was having.

Logan smith made a mistake asking me to do the review while I was on the phone before I could get my email to confirm cancellation. Also good luck if you ever need tech support or customer service or the biggest INTERNET SPEED and if you cancel it’s 7 screens to say “no cancel “ while they keep dropping the price, ha! Then it take it forever to “generate” I shipping label and then it’s doesn’t so you have to pay $200 to buyout the modem!!! SCAM

The customer service is seriously lacking. I tried to cancel my service which took weeks. The customer service agent was rude and condescending which I do not appreciate. Never will I use this service again or do will I recommend.
