Nomad Internet has seriously been the worst company to deal with. First they send me the wrong router. I reached out to them and it took them 2 business days to respond, and only after I asked them to cancel my subscription. Then when they finally responded they asked me to give them another shot and they would send me a new router with a month free. Took them a week to ship the router our and once again it was the wrong router. This was actually a long story short. Just extremely bad service.

STAY AWAY!!!!! They scammed me for over $1,000.00 before I had to cancel my Credit Card. I received a message on my modem that I had a 1gb data cap and it had been reached 2 days into service, they apologized and sent me a new sim card, same thing happened, they apologized again and sent me a new modem, same thing. I told them I want to cancel my service as I was now $600 into it and a few months with 500kb download speeds. They said they will send me a new modem and sim card, same thing, again I requested to cancel, then they double billed me. I requested to cancel, they said they will refund the money I did not receive full service, they did not, they double billed me, I shut my Credit Card off before they could bill me again and requested to cancel, now they keep emailing me saying I owe them money and wont respond to my emails. I am going to have to get an attorney to fight these people before they ruin my credit score. So again, STAY AWAY!!!! RUN!!!! DONT EVEN CONSIDER IT!!!

An absolute horrible experience with nomad Internet. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is absolutely a joke. The Internet service they provide can work good if it wasn’t continually plagued with problems. They send wrong equipment. Incorrect Sim cards. There’s nothing that these people can touch and not screw up. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!!!. Find something better

While nomad internet is working properly, it’s a pretty good service. The issue is... it’s not always working properly. Our internet has now been down for several days, starting on New Years. All we’re told is to wait 24 - 48 hours each day we contact, even though we already have. They don’t seem to care whatsoever. The support is very vague and limited, and there is not a working phone support number at the moment. I’ve browsed social platforms like twitter and it appears we are not the only ones with these issues. I can not in good faith recommend this company to anyone else unless they can fix their issues. People need their internet for work, school, and connecting with others, yet this company is in no rush to fix ours. Horrible experience.

Claim to have unlimited and unthrottled data for $130/month. After receiving the SIM card a few quick speed test showed it was heavily throttled at 7-8mbs exactly. I asked to cancel my plan, they said they couldn’t cancel my plan until they received the SIM card back (they do this so you can’t use data for the remainder of the month that you already paid for) after I sent the sim back they tried to charge me for another month of service, even after I canceled and returned the sim. All of their marketing is geared to elderly people who don’t know any better. Nomad is a scam.
