Love the business is family owned and locally operated. This is the first e-bike I’ve purchased and it was hand delivered and assembled at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had some mechanical teething issues (no fault of theirs) however they were always quick to respond to trouble shooting emails and did two trips to the sunny coast to work through the bike’s issues and even threw in some bike extras for our troubles. Love the dirodi gen 6 and NG mobility crew Thank you and keep up the brilliant work
