I had an issue with support and for a long time couldn’t get any clear or helpful assistance — until Ding stepped in. Once he got involved, the whole situation completely changed — things became clear, fast, and well organized. He saved the experience with his professionalism and support. Huge thanks to Ding — truly outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m now thinking of buying a second bike from your company. It's all thanks to him.

I ordered the carbon 1 pro bike but found that it didn't work for me because of the bar (I have an injury that prevented me from swinging my leg over comfortably). I contacted customer service to let them know I needed to return it and ordered the step-thru. The customer service that I received was phenomenal. They were very responsive, courteous and kind, and the whole process was seamless. I was extremely impressed and grateful. Also, love the look of the new bike! I'm looking forward to riding it!

Utopia stood behind their product warranty and got me back riding by providing the parts to the Bike Sultan so he could work his magic and fix my bike . A big thanks to Ding in support . I highly recommend this Company when you’re considering an E-Bike purchase. Joe at the Bike Sultan is the best. If you ever have an issue and are in Palm Beach area I highly recommend going to the Bike Sultan or if you want to buy a bike go to Joe because you know he will be able to fix it also not just sell you the bike .😍

Urtopia Product Support has, once again, successfully helped me, much thanks! I had an unfortunate accident with my Carbon 1 Pro which completely cracked my “Smart Bar” display controller on the handlebar. Urtopia Product Support came through, providing me a new replacement, for which I am so appreciative. I very much enjoy my Carbon 1 Pro (I ride it almost daily) - but the addition of good Product Support makes it even more enjoyable.

Had a very comprehensive detailed response typed in but Gmail and duckduck go made it all disappear. Urtopia bikes are fantastic and support is too. You won't regret purchasing from them, knowing they'll respond to requests.

I had an issue with my Urtopia Ebike and I have to say, Ding in the customer support team went out of their way to address, work with me and send me the part I needed in a ASAP matter. A BIG THANK YOU to Ding and everyone at Urtopia for having TRUE customer support!
