I had ordered and needed to add a couple more to my order. I got in touch with customer service, they added the extra ones to my order without any hassle. (It was a day or two later) I received my order quickly and with no problems. Second time I've ordered from them. I will definitely shop with them again.

I ordered my husband a personalized leather belt. When I received the belt it was not the correct size. I emailed NEWSVIPS and they replied stating I had to send photos of the inside packaging, photos of the item itself, photos of the exterior packaging, to make a decision about the refund! I have all of those things but I am not wasting my time. If they want repeat customers NEWSVIPS would be more customer friendly! I replied to them stating I had everything they requested and would be glad to ship everything to them and receive a refund. I was going to reorder but no more! Any company that is interested in repeat business and good customer service does not expect their customers to go above and beyond with photos just to insure it is their product. I have my receipt in my email and NEWSVIPS know this is their item! I would have given them zero stars but I could not type my review until I gave them at least one star.
