Just ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. The ordering and customizing was super easy and smooth. Can't wait to see it in person! Update 10/1/24: Received the cup and it is perfect! Looks exactly like the preview. I am very happy with this!! Now have to wait until Christmas to see if my daughter likes it!

I ordered a baseball cap with guitar print and personalized. The picture shows tan and brown. I received a goldfish and burgundy. The back was suppose to be half and half color and is all one color!! I would think for over $30 including shipping would have been exactly as picture showed. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

After paying more for expedited shipping it’s been 3 weeks since ordering and I still have not received the item.

Good selection & the ability to see how the personalization will look on Christmas ornaments were key factors for me. It would be helpful to see the name of the color selected on the Jeep ornaments, as many black/gray/silver shades are very similar when viewed online.

I was definitely happy to see that I could personalize my choice-a 20 oz cup-for my special friend. It will be a gift for her when I receive it.
