Even though I didn’t buy anything cause I still need to consider my options, but I got the information I needed quickly from Mish. Super responsive!

I have not yet even recieved my aligners but have already had such great service from this company! Mish helped me with a number of things today to help get me on the path to my new straight teeth! Thanks to everyone at NewSmile Canada!

Scam!! I used Smile Direct Club previously- great experience but sadly they went out of business. I need retainers so I thought id try new smile. DONT DO IT! They are a total scam. Apparently non of my 8!! Impressions were workable but if I spent more money they'd keep trying to get a good impression of my teeth.. I'm not new to this, I have done soooo many impressions before w Smile Direct Club.. my impressions were perfect.. they wouldn't even show me proof they received my impressions.. suspicious!!!! I asked for a refund of my retainers. Despite my constant messages all I get is “its still processing””we understand your frustration “ “I’ll PERSONALLY look into this for you” and then total ghost me.. dont waste your money. People are horrible Update* New Smile responds here pretending like they will fix the problem to only continue ghosting and not refunding my money! Scam scam scam scam

I will give 5 stars for now because Mish addressed all my concerns politely and professionally and explained everything to me, he was really helpful, but i’m still waiting to see what will happen once i got my retainers. -danica julian

At this point, it's the communication. I just received my new set of impression kit the second time. After practicing, I realize that I need a larger size tray. I have been trying to reach someone for help and I can't get anyone. I have paid outright and I can't get any help. Where are the customer service reps. I've paid all this money for service and I can't get help when I need it. How do you get a video call when no one answers the phone? I am truly frustrated and I aiming towards getting my money back. This is ridiculous!
