The price is amazing. The customer service has been good. Ordering was easy. Communication has been a little choppy and slow, but I'm also not in a rush so I'm not bothered greatly by it, but I can see it being a source of frustration for some.

Good service

If the rating was only on Aaron in customer service it would be five stars. He was a godsend as I was feeling a bit lost before that email correspondence. There are a few things I noticed so far in this process that could use some work. The QR code in the Impression Guide book did not work for me, nor did replying to your text message that I needed help. The chatbot on your website didn't really get me anywhere either. Aaron helped me via email. I did not see an option to get smaller trays when I initially ordered. I think a choice in tray size with a size guide would have saved you from having to send out a new kit after I botched the first impressions (and tore up the corners of my mouth). Also, if you added a faster shipping option it would be nice. I know I would have gladly paid extra to get them faster. I have heard great things about NewSmile and I am excited to get started.

New Smile has been very easy in some aspects and challenging in others. Pros: Easy sign up, clear delivery and instructions on mold making, easy payment system Cons: Difficult to reach customer service, unclear on progress steps Overall would have preferred using a Dentist for aligners but I paid fully and have committed.

Over all its a pretty simple process however there always seems to be a little miscommunication and/or a lag if communication between all the different people

They never forgot about me. And if they did, they made up for it. Really great customer service. They're patient and took the time. Marion and Joanna, BIG thank you guys.

Everything was smooth up till now I don’t know how to contact anyone to find out a time frame on when I’ll be receiving my retainers I sent my impression back on January 16th and haven’t spoken to anyone.
