So far I have zero complaints about the process. After the kit arrived, I read through the instructions and watched some videos. I needed different sized trays and they were sent to me at no additional costs. I was given feedback on the practice impressions I’d made and uploaded. Sofia was the best at keeping me updated on each shipment. She provided feedback that was extremely helpful. I sent my impressions back and uploaded the pics requested of my teeth. Just received confirmation that my impressions are usable so I’m waiting to receive the final product. I can’t wait to try them!

This review is for the customer service I received. Although I ended up asking for a refund because the process took much longer than it should have. My impressions ended up not being workable after I was told by my rep that they were good to go. I was given the option to have another impression kit sent at no cost, but refused as there was no way they could have come out any better. I requested a refund and spoke to Mary who put the request in for me to speak to the manager Elizabeth. These two are the reason for this 5 star rating. My concerns were addressed and Elizabeth processed my refund promptly. Her service is greatly appreciated

Customer service seems under staffed and when they answer days later sometimes their answers are either incomplete or dont address the issue at hand.

The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend anyone to call on this company if you have teeth straightening needs.

Absolutely awful experience. It took over three months to revive my aligners, due to them forgetting to proceed my order and send to the dental team (which they admitted to). Then when I finally received the aligners and went through all the steps my teeth were not aligned properly and I could not bite down completely. I have now been arguing with them for another 3+ months to send corrected aligners to fix the issue and they are demanding another $400, instead of providing the corrected aligners free of charge, just to fix a mistake they made with my treatment. Apparently they say I needed to upload progress photos every two weeks to qualify for the free corrected aligners. The funny thing is that they never provided this information me to nor did they provide a link for uploading progress. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay far away from this company. Better to spend a little more $ upfront with a better company. Update 10/9/2026: they finally agreed to provide me the refinement aligners at no charge. Could have saved me 3 months of frustration.

Elizabeth provided excellent customer service and helped resolve my issue. She was professional, understanding, and responsive to my concerns. She confirmed that my order would be refunded within three to five business days, which gave me peace of mind. I greatly appreciate Elizabeth’s assistance and the way she handled the situation.
