HORRIBLE!!!

This company will take your money, ship out your first 3 months and then the problems begin. The portal doesn't work, you can't communicate with the Dr., or they just won't respond to you. Refills are an ongoing, not at all simple, problem. Your prescription directions, if you can even access them on the portal (I haven't been able to in 6 of 9 months) don't match the bottles that are sent to you. When you ask for clarification, that's when you keep being told it's in the portal, but you can't access it, and then ghosted from the customer service chat! I've now asked for a refund 3 times....needless to say, this is not going well either!! HORRIBLE!!! UPDATE: The response provided I've now heard several times throughout this whole horrible experience! And, again the PORTAL DOES NOT WORK!! They continue to dance around the issue and have still not initiated a refund! UPDATE 3/25: 5+ calls later, still no refund, no call back, no email, still no solution. This issue has been "escalated" now all 5 times and nothing! UPDATE 3/28: Received an email denying a refund. They actually had the audacity to lay out several random fees and state that I actually owe them money!! Don't waste your money with this company...cheap because the product is junk, the app doesn't work, zero customer service...They literally take your money and run. You get what you pay for, FACT!!

Hi newself made it really easy. Results were great. Would definitely recommend this company and product to anyone. My only criticism is that the website could be easier to navigate.

Misleading Pharmacy Information – Do Your Research First
had a concerning experience with NewSelf and the pharmacy they used, Pharmaneek Pharmacy Services. Before ordering, I confirmed with both that the pharmacy was legally authorized to compound my medication. After receiving it, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency informed me that Pharmaneek is not approved to compound semaglutide and has a hearing with the Indiana Board of Pharmacy. When I asked for a refund due to this misrepresentation, NewSelf refused and avoided addressing the licensing issue. I recommend verifying pharmacy licensing yourself before using this service.

Hi Ethan, Thank you for sharing your concern. We’re sorry to hear that this situation has caused frustration. Newself works with licensed partner pharmacies that operate in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Pharmacy licensing and compounding authorizations can sometimes involve ongoing regulatory reviews or administrative proceedings, which do not necessarily reflect the full compliance status of a pharmacy. If you have specific concerns regarding your order or the pharmacy involved, we would genuinely like the opportunity to review the details of your case and address them properly. Please log into your patient portal and leave a note there, so our team can locate your account and review the matter with the appropriate department. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to look into this further. Best regards, Newself

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong dosage and keep giving me the run around. Now they are not answering my phone calls. I guess I am out $644. DO NOT use NewSelf there are many other reputable companies. Do your research.

I have been trying to get a 6 month refill
I have been trying to get a 6 month refill. Every time they tried to take out the money the bank rejected because a dollar was taken out first for card verification and then voided. So the bank would not release the amount for the tizepatide because it looked suspicious. I went to the bank on March 2 and they put a 48 hour release on the funds for $1,169.82 which was successfully taken out on the March 3rd. They then sent me through my portal the form for the doctor to fill out. Did that and then after it was approved I got a text letting me know it was getting ready to be shipped out tracking # and all and that was Thursday March 5th. I looked in my portal today to see where it was. Put in the tracking # and it says it was cancelled by the shipper and they did this a few minutes after the put it in to be shipped. I called and the rep says will have to escalate this issue and could not tell me anything else. My money is still active in the system. I need my medication because I took my last shot last Tuesday and I am supposed to take my next one this Tuesday. I am so frustrated and tired of trying to deal with them. They just act like they don’t care.

Hi Sandra, We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We understand how important it is to receive your medication on time. Please know that your case has been personally escalated on priority, and the team is currently reviewing the shipment issue. It appears the previous tracking number was canceled during the shipping process, but a new shipment is being arranged. You will receive a new tracking ID very soon through your patient portal. We appreciate your patience while the team resolves this and ensures your medication reaches you as quickly as possible. Best regards, Newself

Great experience!
The application process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Once I was approved, the prescription and instructions were loaded into my account and dosage instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only criticism is that the pricing is a little higher than some other companies, but I do appreciate having the ability to pay monthly, and not needing to pay the whole amount upfront.

We truly appreciate you choosing us and look forward to continuing to support you on your journey! Best regards, Newself

Response from NewSelf· Mar 7, 2026
Hi Lloyd, Thank you for sharing your concern. After reviewing the details, it appears that you were enrolled in a monthly plan, and the $159 price was a promotional rate applied to your first payment using a promo code. Subsequent monthly charges follow the standard plan pricing. Your current prescription has been sent to you for approval. If you wish to make any changes to your plan or proceed with cancellation, please initiate the request through your patient portal so the team can assist you accordingly. Best regards, Newself
