This is not a payback review by any means. I am a paying customer that purchased the six month plan. I am almost done with my first three months. I just had my second three months overnighted to me. The entire process has been fast and easy. I have always gotten a response when I reach out to Customer Service and the doctor I have lost almost 25 pounds in the first three months I would highly recommend this company if you are just looking for the medication without having to pay for a membership or any sort of coaching on diet and exercise

I have had a positive experience so far. I had issues at the beginning with the app, but since then have figured it out and it is working smoothly. I noticed that my shipping information never updated that my first shipment was ever delivered and contacted customer support. They replied in a timely manner, but it still says it wasn't delivered even though it was. I was concerned about my next order and shipment if it said the first one wasn't delivered, but that wasn't an issue. It still registered that it was time for my med check and the second shipment is currently being shipped right now. As far as the medicine goes, it seems to be working. I have noticed that the food noise and cravings are gone. I am not eating as much as I used to and have cut out most sugars. I am not tracking everything I eat like I have done in the past, but have made changes to lower carb and smaller portions. I started back in November with a different Company and switched to New self in January. I didn't lose much with the other company. I feel the dose was too low and they weren't willing to up it quicker (as to keep side effects minimal, so they said...) Since the November date, I have lost 16 pounds, but most or all of that has been since January with NewSelf. Overall I am pleased and looking forward to losing more as time goes.

Absolute worst bunch of scammers online. STAY AWAY from this company. They take your money, but don't even supply the medication you're asking for. After subscribing and asking to cancel, they charged the credit card again. When calling and texting with them they said they would reach out to "upper management" and get back. But they never did. Sadly had to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Don't do business with these lying scammers.
