The website is mostly easy to navigate. It (the website) did point me in the wrong direction a couple of times but with perseverance, I was able to figure it out. I still do wish you all were able to credit my friend, who recommended your service. I did have a question and your live chat was not able to help me. A couple of days later, an actual person called me and we were able to work it out.

Customer Service is very helpful and doctors understand what you need quickly without too much back and forth questions. They are ready to help you. Meds come in quickly. It's nice to get all your supplies and nausea meds with every shipment.

I had the medicine switched after 3 months of taking semaglutide with b12 it got switched to semaglutide with glycine without being notified.

I appreciate the check ins.. every couple of weeks. Not so often that you feel overwhelmed, but often enough you don't feel left alone. I still love that each shipment comes with nausea medicine to help when that hits occasionally. I feel like the team is accessible if I have questions about my medication. Overall this has been a great experience with NewSelf.
