It took more than a month to find out that they forgot about the order

Response time, shipping and user-experience on the website were great, but the wrong item was sent to us, which created more downtime without the gear and more hassle to ship the return.

Delayed shipping -missing components

Cost is a bit higher on theater units but the fact you can deal with no humans has its appeal. I gave them a try went as expected. No better or worse than B&H or Adorama.

The order took way too long to arrive.

I ordered a few different types of haze fluid. Unfortunately I received the wrong product. New Lighting's customer service was very prompt and friendly, and paid for the extra shipping, but I did have to wait all over again for standard ground shipping. They handled the inconvenience very well. I just wish that it wasn't a problem to begin with.

I was contacted by a representative who was very helpful. However my order was delayed by weeks due to a back order.
