Poor customer service. Tried to return a product. Ended up having to pay for shipping and they wanted me to pay a restock fee despite trying to call and cancel the order before it shipped. Save your money it took me a month and I'm still trying to get a refund

After being a customer who exclusively ordered from Newark for 20+years. They have become a supplier of absolute last resort. Do not waste your time order elsewhere....

Wont ship the correct part. Then told me they check the inventory and it was correct so I ordered again and got the same incorrect part. Asked for a refund thats when they ghosted me and stop responding. stay away

Ordered 500pcs of in-stock toggle switches on 6-19 at 2:00 PM CST and paid $188 for 2nd day air. (Website clearly states and order confirmation states orders received before 9:00 PM will ship the same day) The order did not ship until 6-22 at 9:45 PM. Order scheduled to deliver 6-26, 7 days after order. Called customer service and told them this was a critical order and i need at least 100 switches shipped next day air. Was told id receive a call back, i did not. I called again and asked for a supervisor, but I was never connected to they have NO customer service in the USA. I ordered via Mouser and will have them tomorrow. I will be disputing the CC charge and refusingthe shipment when it arrives. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE REASONS they have bad reviews!

I was misinformed about delivery date and when I complained I waited on hold 2 times for two minutes each time and my total call was 37 minutes. On my second call, I was promised a call back within 48 hours. I have yet to receive a call back or email or a satisfactory response. Fortunately companies like Lliott Electronic Supply exist and I will be recommending this company going forward. I left Digikey and now Newark. Both have degrading customer service. Paying overnight shipping for 1 of 5 parts on an order and minimal shipper support is not good customer service

The product I ordered was delivered late.

Their site shows available stock but our order was pushed out 12 weeks. They never advised.. After a half hour in an online chat the "service rep" advised the parts are reserved to another customer. They still show as available online !!! Highly unethical.

Recently ordered some JBs. The material arrived like 1 week late and I realized it was wrong. The photo on their website is wrong. Customer Services siad expect and answer within 24 hours. I called 3 days later onlyu to find out they said this is a non-returnable item even after I said I would take store credit. Stay away from Newark. I am not doing business with the people again.
