I'm very disappointed on how my cancellation has been handled. I will never deal with yall again. I emailed a canceled request in after my first order in August. I'm still getting orders in October which is unacceptable. My card was still charged 2 times after that for orders I canceled. I said I would send them back, but was told not to, but still got charged. As of this day, still haven't heard anything about my cancellation. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is the most shadiest company that I have ever dealt with You ask for cancelation of the subscription that you didn't know that you were subscribing to when you ordered their product. Been trying to cancel subscription to this day. Iam still receiving the product which I no longer want. I just want my subscription cancel

If there was any way to give negative stars this company would easily earn it. When I placed my order they immediately took out the money, yet didn't actually ship it for over a month afterwards. Then, almost immediately after that, they took out another payment before the first bottle was even finished. Trying to contact customer service is an absolute waste of time because no one responds back. I literally emailed them 13 days in a row to cancel my "subscription" that I was never aware that I signed up for. Finally, someone responds to my multiple emails, and proceeds to give me the run around saying they can not find my email in their system or any orders to my address. They actually asked me to give them my credit card number for them to try to look it up that way. Well that wasn't going to happen. In the middle of all of this I received an email, at the email address that they couldn't find in their system, saying that my next order was on it's way while I still had 5 unopened bottles on my dresser. Even though they were still responding to my up to around 30 emails by now I decided that I had enough and disputed everything with my credit card and put an end to everything all at once.

Horrible. I placed 1 order and they charged my card 4 times. This place is a scam. Don’t give your info.

This product did nothing. Very very difficult to stop subscription after I made a one-time purchase.

Garbage people to deal with! Been trying to cancel since June and they're all cooperative until the next time. All BS.

This product is the real deal it definitely delivers I've experienced relief and areas I haven't for a long time and I recommended it to several people I will do a commercial about this product 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
