When I made my first order I didn't know it will automatically be recurring every month. I cancelled the order and still received the product in the mail today. Saying it would be a $5.00 fee for restocking the product IF the return is approved. I didn't order this and I want every penny back in my account.

Very Bad! I had an unpleasant reaction. After another order came I realized I’m on a recurring order and immediately cancelled. To my surprise I received another order and another after numerous attempts to cancel. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Please help me stop these orders!

Avoid this website! They are total scammers! Their products are fake and they will also increase your subscription charges without your knowledge. I have had to ring my bank 3 times to get my money bank even though I cancelled my subscription 2 months ago.

DO NOT TRUST!! We stupidly subscribed to this company thinking the gummies would help my Mum’s neuropathy. We wanted to unsubscribe and stop the gummies but they kept on sending them and taking money out of Mum’s account. Jordan the customer service (I’m guessing were all dealing with the same person) promises to cancel and I end up getting a notification that the gummies has been shipped AGAIN. Been having back and forth email conversations for over a month now. Looking at previous reviews I guess the best way is to cancel my Mum’s bank card and get a new one. Horrible scammers!! P.s report the website to the ‘National Cyber Security Centre’. Hopefully we can stop this company from scamming more vulnerable people!
