Customer service is always on point…
Customer service is always on point when it comes to any vendors making a mistake or sending the wrong item. They follow up, they get in contact with a representative from the vendor, and are very thorough with whatever needs to be done in the next steps. THey have never given me any issues nor the vendors that are on Net32. Customer for many years and many more to come!

Open boxes of dental materials and other dental material defects.
In the last six months, I have received two boxes of composite materialswhich were previously opened. I also received whitening gel which was an effective., and I received two boxes of impression potty that took way too long to set up. Also a couple years ago I received defective bonding agent. I’m just too busy to complain or go through the hassle of sending some things back. And I wonder what other materials I didn’t realize were defective. I don’t know if net32 has any control over the quality the vendors sell.
