What's to improve?

You sent very expensive product I did not order, never happen before. I hope you will reverse charges and apologize .

It is incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone, I left 2-3 messages, still no phone call. I needed to speak to someone about getting the right product, finally able to get through via chat, but they don't know anything about the products. Very frustrating

Who ever is supposed to be sending my scalpel blades box of 100, hasn't been processed yet, been over 2 weeks

Easy to use website. Would like better photos of products.

Delivery was stated for Thursday 10/15, did not arrive till Saturday 10/17.

Aprox 4 -6 weeks ago I ordered bleaching material ..I paid for it but never got it..After I called net32 it took too long for them to investigate and refund my money.. The second issue I ordered some surgical burs..aprox in Jan 2026.. The burs were very bad..Everyone I used broke on me..The came from trick …
