Great service and fast shipping as promised

hi, I ordered thru Net32 and after two weeks I never received the product. Then I called to costumer service and they respond we'll return your money, the vendor can not send it. What a bad service :(

The one minute wait

I ordered two different items and one item was cancelled. I was not notified that the order was partially cancelled and only found out when I was looking for a delivery date a few weeks after ordering. The second half of my order was delivered and arrived fine.

You had what I was looking for and at the best price I could find and free shipping which is becoming rarer and rarer to find. Checkout was easy and I received my order promptly. I will say that packing in envelopes vs boxes leaves somewhat to be desired as the outside packaging of product gets smashed, but items were not damaged - I didn't take points off because I realize shipping is cheaper that way (and free for me) and since items were OK, no harm done as far as I'm concerned: I got what I needed quickly at a good price.
