Kim was patient and helpful in reviewing my issue of one hearing aid no longer working. She gathered my info, evaluated and found the best solution was to send me a replacement under warranty at no charge.

Paige was excellent. Wonderful customer skills, very thoughtful and personable and wanted to make sure she was heard her and understood. Very excellent at explaining the return policy. Had exceptional manners. We had some good laughs together.

The hearing aids did not work for me so I contacted them to get a refund which was difficult. However Maria was fantastic she assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation, she could not have been nicer or more helpful. She is a true assist to her company. Because the aids did not work for me I am donating them to someone who can use at no cost to them.
