There’s a reason these are the cheapest OTC hearing aides. They’ll give you a hard sell to upgrade and delay, delay, delay if you choose to return them. I was uncomfortable with their methods from the start. And they’re pretty noticeable. There are better options.

I must say that my Nebroo experience has been great! Amanda, my customer service person is AMAZING and has helped me figure out the best options for me along the way. She is very quick to respond to questions and always has great advice. I am very happy I have her as a resource!

Follow up to previous review. Still have not received a follow up response or instructions on how to return my father’s hearing aids. This company is basically a scam. Definitely don’t order from them!!!!

I appreciate that the ear domes come in different sizes. The first size wasn't quite right but customer service sent me smaller ones at no charge. The fit is now perfect and comfortable enough to wear all day. Very thoughtful design.
