Over a 2-week period and after a very demanding season, one by one, kitchen printers started to fail. We are a small 3 printer kitchen and for a few days we were down to one. NCR Support stayed with me, making sure we went through all the tests to determine if the printer was fixable. I am proud to say, I worked the hell out of them and the printers tour of duty was over. NCR Support offered solutions and helped me resolve the issues to get me up & printing. During this 2-week period, our internet service provider went down. They were able to get me running off-line. End of day, they brought us back on line. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was patient with me and were most affective when I remained patient as well. For the SE Region, you have a great team. Thank you!
