An absolute disaster from all points. I contracted NCR for two handheld, and one stationary units - all of the three units could not process credit cards. The handheld units recycles and reboot every 2-minutes, they turn On and Off on their own, and NCR charges $650/month for the system which they know does not work.

Terrible experience. The company used to be good but has really lost it's touch and path in last 6 month or so. Terrible service. Support folks are lazy and disinterested. The new cloud software is a nightmare
