My tech was helpful and had a very... "sweet (for lack of a better word)" disposition. She was also personable, helpful and quick.

Tech person was great. The wait for help was ridiculous. I called on a Friday and didn’t get any tech service until the following Thursday.I had to call twice and was told my case was urgent. Guess urgent means wait 5 days.
