Y'alls escalations department is…
Y'alls escalations department is awesome, everytime we have a problem it gets attention from either Andrej or one of his team and we really appreciate it. Give some of y'alls level 1s a bit more than a week of training though, they will need it lol

Trudy was amazing
Trudy was amazing! Yes it took a couple back and forth, but she never gave up, listened and she rocked! the only downside to the call was, i really could not understand the lady when i called it to get help. i had to call twice because i wasnt sure she understood me, and how extremely urgent my problem was.
