Maria was quick to respond to my request for assistance and was able to get my medication delivery processed immediately. I like that i can delay my deliveries if needed. I’ve had nothing but pleasant and positive interactions and outcomes with NativeMed’s customer service and doctors. I previously went with Mochi health and have to say that NativeMed’s medication is just as effective, cheaper, no subscription, more quantities shipped out, and customer service is quicker to respond and resolve. Absolutely glad I switched.
