Soojin provided a prompt response to my issue with shipping charges. She was able to resolve the issue quickly. I gave this review 4 stars instead of 5, as I wish there wouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. Soojin’s response deserves 5 stars.

Hi Jewels, Thank you for the 4-star review. We appreciate you working with us to resolve the shipping charge issue and regret that you had to reach out to us. We will share your feedback with Soojin Kim!
I had a fabulous experience with customer service at Nations Photo Lab. Initially I had a problem with my order, I contact customer support and and Soojin immediately responded in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only satisified but she helped me walk through the process and offered to personally help me reorder some of my prints. Outstanding! I am so glad that this issue was quickly resolved and Soojin went out of her way to help me - feeling very grateful!
